With our successful track record advising many of the state based insurance mutuals, we are assisting the broader mutuals sector with growth and commercial strategies, member experiences, operations, partnering and capability uplift. We are a proud business associated member of the Business Council of Co-operatives and Mutuals (BCCM).
RETAIL & UTILITIES
The Bridge has worked for and with some iconic retail and utilities companies, co-designing and facilitating strategy, and consulting through our customer and operations practice to improve CX and efficiencies.
We have also worked with several retail and utility brands on their white label insurance strategies, customer value proposition and partnering.
HEALTH
The Bridge consults into the health Insurance, workers compensation and broader private health services, including NFP, across all our practices and across the end to end value change.
