Extensive experience in Transaction Management

Nick has worked extensively on M&A and strategic projects throughout his career including NRMA’s demutualization, Pacific Equity Partner’s acquisition of Equifax Australia, IAG’s acquisition of Wesfarmers Insurance, IAG’s extension into mortgage lending (i.e. NRMA Home Loans), IAG’s entry into a long-term distribution agreements with numerous partners including ANZ, designing and implementing IAG’s offshoring strategy, advising ARAG Services Australia (legal expense insurance) on the investment made by Steadfast, and advising RAA on their sale of RAA Insurance and entry into a 20 year distribution agreement with Allianz.
